1. BUST
Wrap the tape measure around your body, passing it under your arms, and measure the length around your chest at the highest point.
2. WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your waist and measure the circumference.
3. HIPS
Wrap the tape measure around your hips and measure the circumference.
